CFH LIFE
LIFE Classes are specifically for those who feel “too old” or “too unfit” to begin CrossFit. While our general CrossFit classes are suitable for anyone, these classes are targeted to those who feel a bit unsure and want to ease in. Our LIFE classes are at a slower pace and a super supportive environment to help you begin your fitness journey! Come along and join the fun!
STANDARD PLUS MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
This is a tailored membership to help you achieve your fitness goals. You'll receive an initial diagnostics session with a coach to identify your needs and create a plan to reach your goals. You’ll get tailored nutrition programming and coaching, weekly check-ins and access to monthly personal training sessions.
CROSSFIT ONE-TO-ONE SESSION
These sessions are customised to you. Your coach will have an initial consultation with you to assess your goals and what you would like to achieve. From there, we help you work through a plan to progress you forward to reaching your goals. Please contact us for One-to-One pack options and rates. Let’s get started and dive into what’s possible!
NUTRITION
Nutrition is the foundation of our wellness and performance. CFH Nutrition Coaching is about making small weekly shifts toward a healthier lifestyle. It isn’t restrictive or about sweeping changes that are difficult to maintain. Instead, we build small life changing habits that lead to lasting results. Your initial consultation is free and then we move forward with a plan that is tailored to you, your lifestyle, and needs.
TEAM TRAINING
CrossFit is used by some of the highest performing sports teams in the world: from the All Blacks to international footballers. We offer bespoke Strength and Conditioning programmes for teams that will take you to the next level. Become fitter, stronger, faster, and more explosive.
