Oscar started CrossFit in 2018. Although he doesn't remember the exact workout, it was enough to get him hooked and he has been doing CrossFit ever since - his first workout logged on Boxmate was hero workout Amanda! When he's not at the gym, likes to keep active and enjoys walking in the hills. A CrossFit level 1 qualified instructor, he names workout 20.5 from the CrossFit Open as his favourite due to the strategy element.

His favourite workout of all though is Fight Gone Bad - a testing combination of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting all in one WOD. Away from the gym, Elliot enjoys Lawn Bowling, football & watching Hibs at Easter Road.
Kieran is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer who also holds certificates in Running, Scaling and Spot the Flaw - all of which he puts to good use coaching stamina sessions, as well as general WoDs. Running is a bit of a theme for Kieran - his first workout back in 2019 featured a 400m run to buy in and out with deadlifts and burpees over the bar in between. His favourite workout is Helen, a challenge he loves since it includes cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting all done at a fast pace. Outside of Crossfit Kieran is a bit of a foodie, who loves nothing more than to go for a great meal then chill out with a movie at the cinema.
